Well-Appointed Interior

Every Elantra features a high-resolution touch-screen display, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth audio streaming, hands-free phone, HD radio, and dual USB ports. The N Line and Limited also include integrated navigation, wireless charging, dynamic voice recognition, and satellite radio. Music lovers will enjoy the Limited’s Bose premium eight-speaker audio system. Controls for the audio system, Bluetooth, and cruise control are placed conveniently on the steering wheel.

The SE and SEL models have premium cloth seating, while the N Line and Limited step up to leather upholstery. Solar glass, power windows, and power door locks are standard on all models. The N Line and Limited also include heated front seats and a sunroof. The trunk of the Elantra provides 14.2 cubic feet of cargo room. The N Line and Limited models have a 60/40 split-folding rear seat, allowing you to carry longer items.

Power and Performance

The SE, SEL, and Limited trims have a 147 horsepower, 2.0-liter I-4 engine paired to a Smartstream intelligent variable transmission. The sporty N Line trim has a 201 horsepower, 1.6-liter Turbo GDI I-4 engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The N Line also features steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, a unique digital gauge cluster, and aluminum pedals.

All models are front-wheel drive and include electronic stability control, traction control, and hill-start assistance. The N Line and Limited also include smart cruise control with stop-and-go functionality. Every Elantra provides impressive fuel efficiency, ranging from a combined 31 mpg in the N Line trim equipped with a manual transmission, to 37 mpg in the base model SE.

First-Ever Hybrid Elantra

For the first time, Elantra has introduced a hybrid model, the Elantra Blue. The Limited trim can be built with a hybrid powertrain as well. Both hybrid models have a 139 horsepower 1.6-liter GDI I-4 hybrid powertrain paired with a lithium-ion polymer battery. Regenerative braking helps recharge the battery as you drive. The Elantra Blue and Limited boast an EPA-estimated combined fuel efficiency of 54 mpg and 50 mpg, respectively.
